Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation, signed 8 developmental grant agreements totaling $130 million with Ambassador Herro Mustafa Garg, the US Ambassador to Egypt, under the framework of the Joint Economic Relations Program between the two countries.
