Objective

The programme intends to build a pool of women-owned businesses (WOBs) to be integrated as suppliers in P&G supply chain, Build the capacity of women entrepreneurs on soft skills, marketing and sales, financial literacy, and business development, to be integrated as sub-distributors for P&G and other companies in Upper Egypt (namely; Beni-Suef and Minya), with an aim to open up new windows for women in rural areas to have their own companies as retailers within the distribution channel of big corporates and Build technical skills and provide internships for women workers in P&G plants
