H.E. Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation headed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to participate in the special meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), which will be held on April 28 and 29, under the title “Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development,” with the participation of more than 1,000 participants from various countries and governments of the world, the private sector, and international institutions.
The Minister of International Cooperation is scheduled to participate in a number of high-level events, where she will speak in a discussion session on “Meeting of the Human Capital: Initiatives Reskilling Revolution & Jobs Initiative”, “Powering Up Together: Strengthening Cross Regional Collaboration for the Energy Transition” and “Charting A Global Security & Growth Agenda”.
The WEF Special Meeting discusses solutions to enhance cooperation to advance comprehensive global development and growth, explores the challenges facing global development efforts, geopolitical challenges facing the global economy, and bridges the gap between North and South, as well as advancing comprehensive economic development, sustainable energy, and progress towards the digital transformation.
