Objective

A unique power station, run by natural gas and solar energy and reputedly one of the first of its kind in the world, has been commissioned near the Egyptian capital of Cairo to help meet that country’s burgeoning energy demands. The new plant aims to blunt any environmental impact but also take advantage of abundant renewable energy sources.
