Objective
Through this project, Egypt will phase-out the remaining use of HCFC-141b in the foam sector. Upon completion of this project, The Government of Egypt will forbid HCFC use in the foam sector. In addition, UNDP plans to phase-out the use of HCFCs in the extruded polystyrene plank manufacturing sector.
