Objective

The project seems to enhance technical cooperation through providing support for another city in implementing an urban mobility project. This sharing of experience covers all dimensions of the project, finance large-scale investments in renewable energies that draws inspiration from French mechanisms, and provide support for sectoral financing or for an investment plan.
