Historical Background

The Agreement for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation signed between Egypt and Ukraine in 1992 states that a Joint Commission shall be established and shall be held alternately in the capitals of both countries. 

Sessions Held

Number of sessions: one session 
Under the Agreement for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, one session of the Joint Commission was held in Dushanbe on 25-27 January 2009.

Important Recommendations /Agreements Signed at the Last Session:

The last session was held in Dushanbe in January 2009.
 The following deeds were signed:
A Protocol on cooperation in the fields of trade, tourism, health and medicine and agriculture.
A Protocol and a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of sports.
